Fragile items protected with custom crating

Black Stone Movers builds custom wooden crates designed to safely protect fragile, valuable, or oversized items during transport or storage. Each crate is made to fit your item precisely, using durable materials and protective padding for maximum security.

Our custom crating options include wooden crates, foam lined boxes, pallets, and reusable containers, all handled and transported by our experienced team for a safe and worry free move.

How does our custom wooden crating process work

We begin with an assessment of the item requiring custom crating, completed over the phone or with an on site evaluation for accurate measurements.
We work with you to design a crate suited to the item, transport method, and unpacking needs, using the right materials and padding to protect against shock and vibration.
We provide clear pricing and material options, including plywood or OSB, and ensure any required handling or safety specifications are met, with additional protective options available when needed.
Your custom crate is built to specification using durable materials designed for strength and protection.
Once complete, your item is carefully packed, secured, and prepared for safe transport or storage by our experienced team.

If you think your move might be a good fit for a
simple, hourly service, give us a call and we’ll
walk through your specific moving needs
together.

Secure and professional packing standards

We use premium packing materials to protect your belongings from start to finish. From durable boxes and protective wrap to secure bins and cushioning materials, everything we use is chosen to keep your items safe. Our team arrives fully prepared to pack, label, and secure your belongings so they’re ready for safe transport on move day.
